Representative Mullery, Chair of Committee on Early Childhood and Youth Development Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:04PM Tuesday, March 5, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Moran moved that
HF951 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the committee on Health and Human Services Finance.
Representative Moran presented
HF951 (Moran), Child Care Affordability Act established, child care assistance programs modified, and money appropriated.
Representative Moran renewed her motion to recommend
HF951 be passed and rereferred and the committee on Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
