Representative Atkins, Chair of Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:11 PM on April 17, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Rep. Hoppe moved to approve the minutes from the meeting April 16, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF157 (Hilstrom) Bullion coin dealers regulated, registration required, conduct prohibited, and enforcement authority and criminal penalties provided.
Rep. Hilstrom moved that
HF157 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration with a recommended re-referral to the General Register.
Rep. Hilstrom moved the H0157DE4 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
