MINUTES

Representative Atkins, Chair of Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy, called the meeting to order at 4:10 PM on April 10, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Slocum moved to approve the minutes from the meeting April 9, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1751 (Sundin) Allowing on-sale wine license to a town of Thompson restaurant

Rep. Sundin moved that HF1751 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Liquor Omnibus Bill.

HF1750 (Paymar) St. Paul; malt liquor on-sale license authorized.

Rep. Atkins moved that HF1750 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Liquor Omnibus Bill.

Rep. Atkins moved the A13-0427 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Hoppe moved that HF912 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Liquor Omnibus Bill.
