Chair Lesch moved minutes from April 16, 2013. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Representative Holberg moved that
HF1756 be recommended to pass, as amended, and be referred to the Committee on Rules.
Representative Holberg moved to amend
HF1756 (see attachment H1756A2). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
