MINUTES
Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order on January 15, 2013 at 8:15 AM in the Basement Hearing Room / Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The following individuals provided an overview of data practices and took questions from committee members:

Rich Neumesiter, private citizen
Chair Lesch moved approval the committee Rules and Procedures. The motion prevailed.
Chair Lesch recommended that members attend Law School for Legislators at William Mitchell College of Law on January 25, 2013.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:08 AM.
