Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 8:20 AM February 26, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Chair Lesch moved February 20, 2013 minutes. The motion prevailed. The minutes were approved.
HF161 (Cornish) Homicide victim specified personal property protection inventory and emergency order authorized to preserve rights of decedent's heirs and beneficiaries; notice of rights and procedures added to crime victim's chapter.
Chairman Lesch moved amendment H0161A1 to
HF161. The motion was adopted.
