Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 8:23 AM February 19, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Chairman moved approval of February 13, 2013 minutes. The motion prevailed. The minutes were approved.
Chairman Lesch moved
HF450 (Atkins) Actions for damages based on services or construction to improve real property limitations modified.
Chairman Lesch moved
HF450 be recommended and to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy.
Representative Atkins presented his bill.
