Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 8:25 AM, February 12th, 2013 in Basement Room of the State Office Building.

Chairman Lesch motioned to approve February 6, 2013 minutes. Motion prevailed.
HF369 (Freiberg) Uniform Community Property Rights at Death Act adopted.
Representative Freiberg presented his bill.

HF369 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance & Policy. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF212 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Policy.
Representative Yarusso moved to the H0212DE1 amendment to
HF212. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Yarusso renews her motion that
