Representative Lesch, Chair of Committee on Civil Law, called the meeting to order at 8:15 AM Tuesday, January 29, 2013 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chairman Lesch moved the minutes of January 29, 2013. Motion prevailed.
The following individuals provided an overview on the Civil Process and took questions from committee members:

The Honorable Judge John B. Van de North, Civil Division Chair, Second Judicial District
The Honorable Judge Louise Bjorkman, Court of Appeals.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:48 AM.
