Representative John Ward, Vice Chair of Committee on Capital Investment, called the meeting to order at 8:15 am on TUESDAY, APRIL 9, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Rep. Albright moved approval of the April 4, 2013 minutes. The motion prevailed and the minutes were approved.
Rep. Hausman moved HFNo. 270 (Hausman) Higher Education Asset Preservation and Replacement (HEAPR) funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.
Rep. Hausman moved to amend
HF270 with the H0270DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED. (See attached H0270DE1)
Chair Hausman presented HFNo. 270, as amended.
HFNo. 270, as amended, was laid over.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 a.m.
