Representative Hausman, Chair of Committee on Capital Investment, called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2013 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Carlson moved the minutes of January 10, 2013. Motion prevailed.
Carlson moved the minutes of January 15, 2013. Motion prevailed.
Commissioner Showalter of the MN Management & Budget Office introduced himself.
Kristin Hanson, Assistant Commissioner, Debt Management and Treasury, Minnesota Management and Budget Office, gave an update on debt service guidelines and the bond cancellation report.
Andrew Lee, House Fiscal Analysis Department gave an overview of debt service costs.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 a.m..
