MINUTES
Representative Poppe, Chair of Committee on Agriculture Policy, called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, February 21, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Nathan Daninger, Minnesota FFA Officer, introduced the FFA to the committee.
Haley Hinrichs, FFA student from Goodhue, Minnesota, presented on agriculture education.
Madison Schafer, FFA student from Goodhue, Minnesota, presented a prepared public speech on gestation stalls.
The following State FFA Officers introduced themselves to the committee:

Representative Faust moved the minutes from Wednesday, February 20, 2013 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative FitzSimmons presented on agriculture in his district.
Representative Hamilton presented on agriculture in his district.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:41 p.m. Thursday, February 21, 2013.
