MINUTES
Representative Poppe, Chair of Committee on Agriculture Policy, called the meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Chairwoman Poppe welcomed Representative Clark Johnson as a new member of the Committee on Agriculture Policy.
Rep. Faust moved the minutes from Thursday, February 14, 2013 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chairwoman Poppe moved that
HF151 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture Finance.
Representative Hansen continued his presentation on
HF151(Hansen) relating to pesticide applicator education and certification.
Rep. Wagenius moved to amend
HF151. (See attached amendment H0151A1) THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chairwoman Poppe renewed her motion that
HF151 as amended be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Erickson presented on agriculture in his district.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:01 a.m. Wednesday, February 20, 2013.
