MINUTES
Representative O'Driscoll acting Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2011 in Room 300 South of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Quam moved approval of the minutes from April 28, 2011 and April 29, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
HF1523 (Holberg) Zoning for residential property used as vacation rental provided.
Representative O’Driscoll moved that
HF1523 be brought before the committee and laid over for future consideration.

Representative Hancock moved that
HF1358 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.
Representative Hancock moved the H1358DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative O’Driscoll moved the H1358A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
