MINUTES
Representative Peppin Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Quam moved approval of the minutes from April 14 and April 18, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
HF1506 (Banaian) Legislative Commission on Planning and Fiscal Policy new duties assigned, duties transferred from executive agencies, and money appropriated.
Representative Peppin moved that
HF1506 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance Committee.

Representative Greene moved the following amendment to the H1440DE1 amendment:
Page 1, after line 23, insert:
"Sec. 2. REPEALER.
Minnesota Statutes 2010, sections, 645.021 and 645.023, are repealed.
EFFECTIVE DATE.
This section is effective the day following final enactment."
Amend the title accordingly
