Representative Peppin, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:16 a.m. on Tuesday, January 11, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Chair Peppin invited the committee members and staff to introduce themselves.
The committee heard a presentation on committee jurisdiction over local government issues.

Representative Peppin presented for informational purposes HF52: City, county, and town zoning control and ordinance variances provided.
