1.14public health program and notifying the person of the results, or referring the person
1.15for assistance in determining eligibility.
1.16(g) An insurance producer that offers health benefit plans in the small group market
1.17shall notify each small group purchaser which group health benefit plans offer ongoing
1.18savings to both the employer and the employees under Internal Revenue Service approved
1.19section 125 plans. The insurance producer shall also notify small group purchasers of
1.20provisions that benefit small group employers and employees when the employer agrees to
1.21pay 50 percent or more of the cost of employee premiums."
