1.61, and the public sale provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 282, St. Louis County
1.7may sell by private sale the tax-forfeited land bordering public water that is described in
1.8paragraph (c) under the remaining provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 282.
1.9    (b) The conveyance must be in a form approved by the attorney general. The
1.10attorney general may make changes to the land description to correct errors and ensure
1.11accuracy. The conveyance must reserve to the state a 100-foot easement along the
1.12shoreline to protect vegetation and allow angling by the public and a 15-foot easement
1.13from the public road right-of-way to allow angler walk-in access.
1.14    (c) The land to be sold is located in St. Louis County and is described as: Lots 7, 8,
1.15and 9, Block 2, Wonderland 1st Addition.
1.16    (d) The county has determined that the county's land management interests would
1.17best be served if the land was sold to an adjoining landowner.

1.18    Sec. 34. PUBLIC SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED LAND BORDERING PUBLIC
1.19WATER; ST. LOUIS COUNTY.
1.20    (a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 92.45 and 282.018, subdivision 1,
1.21St. Louis County may sell the tax-forfeited land bordering public water that is described
1.22in paragraph (c) under the remaining provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 282.
1.23    (b) The conveyance must be in a form approved by the attorney general. The
1.24attorney general may make changes to the land description to correct errors and ensure
1.25accuracy. The conveyance must reserve to the state a 150-foot easement of 75 feet on each
2.1side of the centerline of the East Branch of Chester Creek and a 100-foot easement of 50

2.3    (c) The land to be sold is located in St. Louis County and is described as:
2.4    (1) part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 9, Township 50
2.5North, Range 14 West; and
2.6    (2) Lots 7, 8, 9, 34, 35, 36, 37, 58, 59, 60, and 61 and part of Lot 10, Englewood
2.7Farms.
2.8    (d) The county has determined that the county's land management interests would
2.9best be served if the lands were returned to private ownership.

2.10    Sec. 35. PRIVATE SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED LAND; ST. LOUIS COUNTY.
2.11    (a) Notwithstanding the public sale provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 282,
2.12St. Louis County may sell by private sale the tax-forfeited land that is described in
2.13paragraph (c) under the remaining provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 282.
2.14    (b) The conveyance must be in a form approved by the attorney general. The attorney

2.16    (c) The land to be sold is located in St. Louis County and is described as:

2.20North, Range 13 West; and
2.21    (3) part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 9, Township
2.2258 North, Range 16 West.
2.23    (d) The county has determined that the county's land management interests would
