SUBCOMMITTEE ON LEGISLATIVE PROCESS REFORM MINUTES

Representative Gene Pelowski, Chair of the Subcommittee on Legislative Process Reform, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:00 PM on January 29, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Wolgamott moved that the minutes of January 22, 2021, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Presentation on Executive Orders issued by Governor Walz during the Peacetime Emergency, specifically ensuring businesses provide safe environments to protect public health (Executive Order 21-01) and requiring face coverings in indoor public spaces (Executive Order 20-81).
