MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 11:22 A.M. on Thursday, May 19, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Winkler called the meeting at 11:22 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Esther Agbaje moved that the minutes of May 18, 2022 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved that the Calendar of the Day for May 21, 2022 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler moved that SF 1354 be re-referred to the General Register.
Chair Winkler moved adoption of the A5 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Winkler renewed his motion to re-refer SF 1354 as amended to the General Register.
Chair Winkler requested a roll call on his renewed motion to re-refer SF 1354 as amended to the General Register.
