Minutes

Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Committee on Labor, Industry, Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:01 PM on February 16, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Sundin moved that the minutes from February 10, 2021 be adopted. Motion prevailed.

HF 357 (Koegel) Expanding applicability of pregnancy accommodations.

The Chair moved that HF 357 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Koegel presented the bill.

The Chair renewed his motion that HF 357 be laid over or possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.


HF 108 (Noor) Credit information requirement or use for employment purposes by employers or prospective employers prohibited.

The Chair moved that HF 108 be referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.

Representative Noor presented the bill.

Representative Noor renewed his motion that HF 108 be referred to the Committee on Judiciary Finance and Civil Law.
