MINUTES

Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, April 7th, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Howard moved approval of the Minutes from Tuesday, April 6th. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.

Rep. Hausman moved that House File 1077 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

Rep. Hausman moved the DE1 amendment.

Rep. Hausman moved the A1 amendment to the DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Agbaje moved the A3 amendment to the DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Her moved the A4 amendment to the DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Hausman renewed the motion that the DE1 amendment, as amended, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Hausman renewed the motion that House File 1077, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.
