MINUTES


Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Behavioral Health Policy Division, and pursuant to House rule 10.01, called the remote meeting to order at 8:30 am on Wednesday, February 24, 2021. The meeting was broadcast live via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant took the roll.

Representative Frederick moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting from Wednesday, February 17, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 944 (Hanson, J.) – Residential treatment and children's mental health provisions modified

Representative Hanson moved that House File 944 be recommended for referral to the Human Services Finance and Policy Committee.

Representative Hanson moved the A-1 author’s amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
