Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy MINUTES
Representative Wazlawik, Vice-Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on March 2nd, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services, Facebook Live, and YouTube live streaming.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. Members present:

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. A quorum was present.

Rep. Lippert moved that the minutes from February 26th, 2021 be approved. MOTION PREVAILED.

HF75 (MOLLER) Vehicles and property subject to forfeiture limited, property recovery by innocent owners provided, federal equitable sharing program participation modified, reports required, and money appropriated.


Rep. Hansen moved that HF75 be recommended to be re-referred to the House Ways and Means Committee

Rep. Hansen moved the H0075A6 to amend HF75, and the amendment WAS ADOPTED. Rep. Moller presented the bill, as amended.
Rep. Hansen renewed the motion that HF75, as amended, be recommended to be re-referred to the House Ways and Means Committee and a roll was taken:

Rep. Jordan moved that HF1210 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Rep. Jordan moved H1210DE1 to amend HF1210, and the amendment was ADOPTED. Rep. Jordan presented the bill, as amended.
Rep. Hansen renewed her motion that HF1210, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill. The bill was laid over.
