Early Childhood Finance and Policy Division

Representative Dave Pinto, Chair of the Early Childhood Finance and Policy Division, called the virtual meeting to order at 8:30 AM on February 10, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The following gave an overview of the Prenatal-to-3 Policy Roadmap for Minnesota:

The Following gave an overview of CCAP Investigations:
Kulani Moti, Inspector General, Minnesota Department of Human Services

Representative Pryor assumed the gavel at 9:35 AM.

Representative Pinto moved to refer HF2927 to the General Register.

HF 2927 (Pinto); Commissioner of human services allowed to reinstate child care program waivers and modifications.

Vice Chair Pryor moved the minutes of February 3, 2022, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting adjourned at 9:53am.
