MINUTES

Representative Jim Davnie, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 10:31am on January 12, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Presentation provided by Minnesota Youth Council Policy students. The questions the students have been asked to consider for their testimony include:
1. Tell us how the pandemic has impacted learning this year?
2. What barriers have you, or maybe a friend of yours, experience that you think have gotten in the way of learning?
