HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES NINETY-SECOND SESSION

COMMERCE FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE

Representative Stephenson, Chair of the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 3:00PM on March 30th, 2022 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on March 29th, 2022. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF4205 (Kotyza-Witthuhn); Automobile theft prevention program funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved that HF4205 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus.

Representative Stephenson moved the HF4205A3 (Stephenson) amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Richardson moved that HF2603 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Richardson moved the HF2603A (Richardson) amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative O’Driscoll moved that HF3784 be recommended to be placed on the General Register.

Representative O’Driscoll moved the HF3784DE2 (O’Driscoll) amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Stephenson moved that HF4430 be recommended to be re-referred to the Health Finance and Policy Committee.
