CAPITAL INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Fue Lee, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on April 12, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services, Facebook Live, and YouTube live streaming.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Murphy moved to approve the minutes from April 8, 2021. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF337 (Lee); Capital improvement projects prior appropriations amended, and housing pool bonding authority 2020 allocation application deposits refunded to bond issuers.

Representative Lee presented the A21-0158 amendment.

Andrew Lee, House Fiscal Analyst, gave an overview of the A21-0158 amendment spreadsheet.

Chelsea Griffin, House Research Analyst, gave an overview of the A21-0158 amendment language.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:31 P.M.
