Minutes

Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 10:00 A.M. on July 30th, 2020, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcasted via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 10:00 A.M.

Vice Chair Xiong assumed the chair at 10:06 A.M.

The Chair notified members and the public that HF 31 is being heard for informational purposes.

HF 31 (Ecklund) Courts provided guidance on sentencing veterans for criminal offenses
