Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the first meeting to order at 12:46 P.M. on January 16th, 2019, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Mariani welcomes committee members.
Committee members and staff introduced themselves.
Nathan Gove, Executive Director of the Minnesota Board of Peace Officer Standards and Training, offered an Overview on behalf of The Minnesota Board of Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST BOARD).
