Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 5:17 PM on Wednesday, January 29th, 2020 at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
