MINUTES
Representative Bernardy, Chair of the Higher Education Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 2:32 P.M. on March 10, 2020, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

H.F. 3908 (Tabke) Student athletes allowed compensation for use of athletes’ name, image, or likeness; and working group established.
Chair Bernardy moved that H.F. 3908 be taken off the table and moved that H.F. 3908 be laid over. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Lien moved the minutes from March 4, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
H.F. 3925 (Klevorn) Avivo grant funding provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Klevorn moved that H.F. 3925 be laid over for possible inclusion.
