Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:55 pm on Monday, February 25th, 2019 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Presentation: Nursing Facility Rate Payment Overview
- Valerie Cooke, Division Director, Nursing Facility Rates and Policy, DHS
- Dan Pollock, Assistant Commissioner, DHS


- Sheila Van Pelt, member of the public, testified to concerns on the nursing home surcharge.


The meeting was adjourned at 2:10 pm.
