Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:46 pm on Monday, January 28th, 2019 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Klevorn moved that the minutes from January 14, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
