MINUTES

Representative Jean Wagenius, Chair of the Energy and Climate Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 9:44 A.M. on, February 27, 2020, in room 500S of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

Representative Bierman moved that HF3438 be laid over for possible inclusion.

Chair Wagenius moved that HF3055 be re-referred to the committee on Capitol Investment.

Representative Lee moved the HF3055A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Long moved that HF3368 be re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Long moved the HF3368A21 amendment.

Representative Long moved an oral amendment to HF3368 as follows: Page 1, line 8, after “$” insert “117,000” and Page 1, line 12, after “$” insert “109,000”. THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.

Representative Long moved the HF3368A21 amendment and Representative Swedzinski requested a roll-call vote on the motion. The results are as follows:
