MINUTES

Representative Jean Wagenius, Chair of the Energy and Climate Finance & Policy Division, called the first meeting to order at 9:47 A.M. on, January 24, 2019, in room 120 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

Representative Christenson moved adoption of the January 22, 2019 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Dr. Ned Mohan, University of Minnesota Department of Power Electronics and Systems, introduced himself and the speakers and presented to the committee on integrating renewables into electric power systems.

Mark Ahlstrom, NextEra Energy Resources, WindLogics, presented to the committee on the integration of renewables.

Jukka Kukkonen, PlugInConnect, presented to the committee on electric vehicles.

The meeting adjourned at 11:19 A.M.
