MINUTES

Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:46 P.M. on March 5th, 2020, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 12:46 P.M. A quorum was not present.

HF3605 (Sundin) Wetland replacement credits for local government roads funding provided, and money appropriated.

Testifying on HF3605:

A quorum was present at 12:50 P.M.

Representative Sundin moved that HF3605 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future bill.

Representative Sundin moved to adopt the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Sundin renewed the motion that HF3605 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future bill. The bill was laid over.

Chair Hansen moved that HF2946 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future bill.

Representative Persell moved to approve the minutes of March 3rd, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3063 (Becker-Finn) Nontoxic ammunition vouchers funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Becker-Finn moved that HF3063 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future bill. The bill was laid over.

HF3220 (Becker-Finn) Fishing; lead tackle trade-in program funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Becker-Finn moved that HF3220 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future bill.

Representative Becker-Finn moved to adopt the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Becker-Finn renewed the motion that HF3220 as amended be laid over for possible inclusion in a future bill. The bill was laid over.

HF3543 (Cantrell) Chaska; Minnesota River dredge spoil sites 2019 appropriation modified.

Representative Becker-Finn moved that HF3543 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future bill.
