MINUTES

Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on March 12th, 2019, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Sundin moved to approve the minutes of March 7th, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Hansen moved HF177, HF214, HF450, HF609, and HF952 to be recommended to be returned to the Committee on Ways and Means with a recommended re-referral to the Capital Investment Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1502 (Fischer) Salt applicator certification program established, and liability limited.

Representative Fischer moved the adoption of the Water Division Report on HF1502. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
