MINUTES

Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on February 12th, 2019, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Heintzeman moved to approve the minutes of February 7th, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF384 (Sauke) Rochester; Willow Creek Trail funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Chair Hansen moved HF384 to be laid over for consideration at a later date.

Vice Chair Claflin moved to amend HF384 as follows:

Line 1.2: Delete “$2,500,000” and insert “$1,500,000”.
Line 1.15: Delete “$2,500,000” and insert “$1,500,000”.

THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Hansen renewed the motion to lay over HF384 for consideration at a later date. The bill was laid over.

HF450 (Sauke) Rochester; Cascade Lake Regional Park funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Chair Hansen moved HF450 to be laid over for consideration at a later date.

Vice Chair Claflin assumed the gavel at 1:08 P.M.
