MINUTES
Representative Pinto, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:25 am on March 26th, 2019 in Capitol Room 120.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Heintzeman moved that the minutes from March 21st, 2019 be approved. The motion prevailed.
HF1653 (Hassan) – Northstar Care for Children child under the age of six benefits modified.
Representative Wazlawik moved that HF1653 be referred to the Health and Human Services Finance Division.
Representative Hassan presented HF1653.
Representative Wazlawik renewed her motion that HF1653 be referred to the Health and Human Services Finance Division. The motion prevailed.
HF2610 (Pinto) – School readiness aid modified.
Chair Pinto moved HF2610 before the committee.
Chair Pinto moved that the H2610DE3 amendment be added to HF2610. The motion prevailed.
Chair Pinto presented HF2610, as amended.
HF1801 (Pinto) – Revisor of statutes recodifying of day care facilities’ rules and statutes instructed.
Chair Pinto moved HF1801 before the committee.
Chair Pinto moved that the H1801DE6 amendment be added to HF1801. The motion prevailed.
Chair Pinto presented HF1801, as amended.
The meeting was recessed at 9:26 am.
Chair Pinto reconvened the meeting at 6:01 pm in Room 400 North in the State Office Building
