MINUTES

Representative Jeanne Poppe, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 9:47 AM on March 7th, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Brand moved that the minutes of March 5, 2019, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Vang moved that H.F. 1660 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Agriculture bill.

Representative Vang moved the H1660A3 amendment be adopted.

Representative Vang presented on the H1660A3 amendment.

Chair Poppe restated the motion that the H1660A3 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Poppe restated the motion that H.F. 1660 as amended be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Agriculture bill.

Representative Vang moved that H.F. 1661 be recommended for re-referral to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division.

Representative Vang moved the H1661A3 amendment be adopted.

Representative Vang presented the H1661A3 amendment.

Chair Poppe restated the motion that the H1661A3 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
