MINUTES
Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:32 A.M. on Monday, April 1, 2019, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 9:32 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Freiberg moved that the minutes of March 28, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee continued its presentation of the House budget proposal from March 28, 2019.
Presenters:
Barb Juelich, Controller of the Minnesota House of Representatives Budget and Accounting Department.
Bob Myerson, Chief Sargent at Arms for the Minnesota House of Representatives.
Barry LaGrave, Director of Public Information Services at the Minnesota House of Representatives.
Mike Speiker, Information Technology Director at the Minnesota House of Representatives.
Representative Her moved to send the House budget proposal to State Government Finance Division for possible inclusion. THE MOTION PREVAILED
The meeting was adjourned at 10:53am.
