MINUTES
Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:31 A.M. on Thursday, March 28, 2019, in Room 400N of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 9:31 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Her moved that the minutes of March 26, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Olson moved that the Calendar of the Day for April 1, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting recessed at 9:33am.
The committee reconvened at 11:35am to discuss the House Budget in Capitol Room 120.
Presenters:
Barb Juelich, Controller of the Minnesota House of Representatives Budget and Accounting Department.
Diane Chaffin, Director of Operations at National Conference of State Legislatures.
Kelly Knight, Director of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department.
Patrick McCormack, Director of House Research of the Minnesota House of Representatives, Research Department.
Bill Marx, Chief Fiscal Analyst of the Minnesota House of Representatives, Fiscal Analysis Department.
No action was taken on the House budget. The committee will reconvene on Monday, April 1, 2019 to finish discussing the rest of the House budget.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:48pm.
