HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES POLICY COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Rena Moran, Chair of the Health and Human Services Policy Committee, called the virtual committee meeting to order at 2:30 PM on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast live via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Morrison moved to adopt the minutes from Wednesday, April 29, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The Chair moved that HF3727 be recommended for placement on the General Register.

The Chair moved the DE1 delete-all amendment.

House research staff provided a walk-through of Articles 1-4 of the DE1 amendment.

Representative Lislegard presented Article 1, Section 10-11 of the DE1 amendment.

Representative Cantrell presented Article 1, Section 14 of the DE1 amendment.

Representative Lippert presented Article 2, Section 25 of the DE1 amendment.

Representative Baker presented Article 2, Section 39 of the DE1 amendment.

Representative Noor presented Article 3, Section 28 of the DE1 amendment.

The Chair presented the underlying provisions of HF3727 found in Article 3 of the DE1 amendment.
