MINUTES

Representative Moran, Chair of the Health and Human Services Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:33 PM on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Schultz moved to adopt the minutes for Friday, February 28, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The Chair moved that HF3079 be recommended for placement on the General Register.

The Chair renewed the motion that HF3079, as amended, be recommended for placement on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The Chair moved that HF3318 be recommended for re-referral to the Health and Human Services Finance Division.
