MINUTES

Representative Moran, Chair of the Health and Human Services Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:33 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2020, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Albright moved to adopt the minutes from Wednesday, March 27, 2019 THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Freiberg Moved to adopt the minutes from Wednesday, September 11, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Morrison moved that HF 1892 be recommended for placement on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Schomacker moved that HF 2150 be recommended for placement on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative Huot moved that HF 1741 be recommended for re-referral to the Committee on Labor.

Representative Huot moved the A-1 amendment THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Huot renewed the motion that HF 1741, as amended, be recommended for re-referral to the Committee on Labor. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Moran moved that HF 3100 be recommended for re-referral to the State Government Finance Division.

Representative Liebling moved the A1-1 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED

Representative Liebling moved the A2 amendment be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Howard presented the bill.

*Pursuant to House Rule 4.20, HF1892 and HF2150 were returned to the Health and Human Services Policy Committee at the end of the 2019 session. The committee will vote to send the bills back to the General Register but will not take further public testimony as these bills were previously discussed and passed.

**HF1741 was heard by the committee at an interim hearing on September 11, 2019. The committee will vote to move the bill out of committee without additional public testimony.
