Representative Dehn, Chair of the Subcommittee on Elections, called the meeting to order at 9:50 AM on March 13, 2019 in Room Basement of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative O’Driscoll moved to approve minutes for March 08, 2019 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 1855 (Schultz) Proposing an amendment to the Minnesota Constitution, article IV, section 3; establishing a redistricting commission to adopt congressional and legislative district boundaries following each federal decennial census.

Representative Nash moved to table HF 1855 (Schultz) and requested for a roll-call.
