MINUTES

Representative Mike Freiberg Chair of the Committee, called the virtual Government Operations Committee meeting to order at 8:00am on May 14th, 2020, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Freiberg moved the minutes from May 8th, 2020. MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Freiberg moved HF3903 be referred to the General Register.

Representative Freiberg moved HF3903DE3 (Murphy). MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF3903 (Murphy) Minnesota State Retirement System; partial repayment of refunds provisions repealed, and administrative changes made.

The following testified on HF3903:

Representative Freiberg renewed the motion to send HF3903 as amended to the General Register.
