MINUTES

Representative Mike Freiberg, Chair of the Government Operations, called the fourth meeting to order at 9:45AM on January 24, 2019, in the basement hearing room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lee moved for minutes to be approved. MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Freiberg moves HF13 before the committee to be re-referred to Ways and Means.

Representative Freiberg moved an oral amendment to change the effective date of HF13 from 2020 to 2021. The oral amendment was incorporated.

Amendment HF13A2 was dropped by Representative Zerwas.

Representative Freiberg renewed his motion to move HF13 to Ways and Means. MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Freiberg moved HF 71 in front of the committee to be re-referred to the General Register.
