MINUTES

Representative Laurie Halverson, Chair of the Commerce Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 6:16 PM on June 16, 2020 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Halverson moved HF133 be re-referred to the General Register.

HF84 (Dehn); Protests of May and June 2020; commissioner of commerce directed to assist in property, casualty, or liability insurance claims.

Representative Dehn moved HF84 be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Dehn moved the 1SS-H0084A2 (Dehn) amendment. THE MOTION PREAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

(c) Only insurers who have received claims, not renewed policies, or increased rates, as described in paragraph (a), must submit information to the commissioner.

THE AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
